Dawn E. Dallas, CPA

Dawn E. Dallas is a manager for the firm and has more than 30 years of professional experience in public accounting. Mrs. Dallas manages various audit and tax jobs within the firm and has expertise in auditing financial statements of private schools for the handicapped and construction contractors. She has presented audits to entities’ boards of directors and served as a liaison between audit clients and governmental agencies.

Mrs. Dallas represents many closely held businesses engaged in construction, manufacturing, nonprofit organizations and professional practices. She is knowledgeable in all levels of financial statement preparation, tax planning and projections, as well as preparation of individual, partnership and corporate tax returns.
